Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, engage customers, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the SaaS market in the residential long-term care sector and possess a blend of strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to generate marketing-qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize HubSpot analytics to understand customer journeys and identify improvement areas.
  • Create long-term marketing strategies for customer engagement and brand differentiation.
  • Manage and maintain active social media campaigns to generate leads and increase followers.
  • Oversee our marketing website, ensuring strong SEO practices and content relevancy.
  • Conduct internal and external presentations to explain marketing content and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively through Slack, email, phone calls, and text messages as needed.
  • Travel minimally to attend significant industry conferences and events.
  • Exhibit a team-player attitude, contributing positively to team dynamics and morale.
  • Maintain a positive mental attitude, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Embrace constructive criticism, using it to build character and strengthen team relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify potential barriers and drive performance.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of SaaS in the residential long-term care sector.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including HubSpot.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required for business needs.
